Lampwork Glass Beads and Felted Art
My Lampwork beads and Felted wearable art is made with love and care at Lardworks Studio .
Each jewelry piece is a one-of-a-kind work of art. Lampworking is an ancient craft perfected by the venetians. I use Italian and German Soft glass and reduction frits to make my beads. Each bead is annealed in a kiln for strength and hand cleaned and polished. The lampwork beads are accented with Semi-precious stones, Balinese Sterling Silver and Swarovski Crystal.
The felted work is all made using hand dyed fiber from our animals at Lasso the Moon Alpaca Farm. I also dye my on silk fo use in the nuno felted pieces.
